How we use your data for your order

When you tick the agreement on the checkout page, you allow us to use the details you give us to prepare, deliver and invoice your order. Nothing more. Below is exactly which data, who it reaches and how long we keep it.

What you give us, and why

Name, email and phone: to confirm the order, send you emails about it and call you if we need a detail.

Delivery address (county, town, street): so the parcel reaches you. If you collect the order from the workshop, we do not ask for it.

Company details (name, tax ID, trade register number): only if you ask for a company invoice, so we can issue it correctly.

Notes and photographs uploaded for printing or personalisation: only to make the products exactly as you asked.

What we do not use it for

We never sell, rent or trade your data. We do not send you advertising on the strength of this agreement and we do not build a profile of you. The agreement covers only the order you are sending.

Who receives it, strictly as needed

The courier company, for delivery: your name, phone, address and, for cash on delivery, the amount to collect.

The banks involved, if you pay by transfer: the payment passes through your bank and ours, and we only see what appears on the statement (payer name, amount, reference). You never enter card details on the site and we do not keep any.

The tax authorities, for the invoice: invoices are submitted through ANAF's e-Factura system where the law requires it.

The technical providers who host the site and send our emails. They act only on our behalf and may not use the data for anything else.

Legal basis

We process this data because it is necessary to enter into and perform the sales contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR) and to meet our legal invoicing and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). By ticking the agreement at checkout you confirm that you have read this information and agree to your data being used in this way.

How long we keep it

Order data and the invoice: as long as accounting and tax law requires. Photographs submitted for printing: deleted after the order is delivered. If you have an account, the details saved in it stay there until you change them or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask for it to be erased or restricted, to receive it in a portable format and to object to its processing. You can withdraw your agreement at any time, for the future; an order already in progress may need the data to be completed, and an invoice already issued is kept as the law requires.

If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
