Orders and prices

All prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT where applicable. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.

After placing an order you receive a confirmation email. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order. We reserve the right to refuse orders in justified cases (out of stock, incomplete details, suspected fraud) — in which case we notify you and fully refund any amount paid.

Payment and delivery

Payment is made cash on delivery, when the parcel arrives. For special orders we can arrange payment by bank transfer.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, under Romanian GEO 34/2014, except for personalised products made to the customer's specifications (art. 16 (c)).

Your content

For printing and personalisation services, you warrant that you own the rights to the photographs you submit. We do not process material that infringes copyright or the law. Your files are used solely to fulfil your order and are deleted afterwards.

Dispute resolution

We always try to solve any problem directly — write to us at realfoto.ml@gmail.com. Consumers may also turn to the Romanian consumer-protection authority (ANPC), the SAL alternative-dispute-resolution mechanism, or the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
