Privacy policy
Real Foto SRL processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). In short: we only collect what we need to fulfil your order, we never sell your data, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
What data we collect
When you place an order: name, email, phone and delivery address — used to process and deliver your order (legal basis: contract performance).
When you use the contact form: name, email and your message — used to reply to you (legal basis: legitimate interest).
Photographs submitted for printing services are used solely to fulfil your order and deleted after completion.
Anonymous traffic statistics (Google Analytics) — only with your consent, given via the cookie banner.
Who we share data with
The courier company, strictly for delivery (name, phone, address). We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
How long we keep data
Order data is kept in line with legal accounting obligations. Contact messages are kept for at most 2 years. Photographs submitted for printing are deleted after the order is delivered.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro). For any request, write to realfoto.ml@gmail.com — we reply within 30 days.

We use cookies strictly necessary for the site to work (shopping cart, language preference) and, only with your consent, statistics cookies (Google Analytics, with anonymised IP). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
