Delivery & returns

Courier delivery

In-stock orders are usually handed to the courier within 24–48 hours and reach you in 2–4 working days, anywhere in Romania.

Delivery costs 19.99 lei. For orders over 200 lei, delivery is free.

Personalised products (prints, engravings, gifts with your photos) have a production time communicated when you place the order — usually 2–5 working days — plus delivery time.

Workshop pickup

You can choose free pickup from our workshop: 20 Camil Ressu Boulevard, Sector 3, Bucharest. We let you know by phone or email when your order is ready.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving a reason, under Romanian law (GEO 34/2014). To arrange a return, contact us at realfoto.ml@gmail.com or +40 721 257 707.

Personalised products made to your specifications (prints of your photos, engravings, personalised gifts) are exempt and cannot be returned, under art. 16 (c) of GEO 34/2014. However, if the product has a manufacturing defect, we remake it at our cost.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method as the original order.
