The best personalised gifts start from a photograph that means something: a holiday, a grandparent, a child's first year. Send us the photo, we tell you how it looks best on the chosen object, and we get to work.

We always check file quality before production. If the resolution is not enough for the chosen size, we tell you and find a solution — we never deliver a gift with a pixelated photo.

Need several pieces, for a wedding, a christening or the office team? Write to us with what you have in mind and we will send you a quote with a turnaround time.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a personalised gift take?

Usually 2–5 working days, depending on the product and quantity. We confirm the exact turnaround when you place the order.

What quality does the photo need?

The larger the file, the better. We check before production and let you know if the resolution is not enough for the chosen size.

Can I return a personalised gift?

Personalised products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, as they are made to your specifications. However, if the product has a manufacturing defect, we remake it at our cost.
