Usually 2–5 working days, depending on the product and quantity. We confirm the exact turnaround when you place the order.

What quality does the photo need?

The larger the file, the better. We check before production and let you know if the resolution is not enough for the chosen size.

Can I return a personalised gift?

Personalised products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, as they are made to your specifications. However, if the product has a manufacturing defect, we remake it at our cost.
